Terms of Service

The Agreement

By downloading or using any application in the productivitymacapps.com collection (including TidyShot, Glance, Promptheus, Loopset, and Clipset), you agree to these Terms of Service. We keep our terms as native and direct as our software.

1. Software License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional use, depending on the license seat purchased. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the binary packages of our applications.

2. One-Time Purchase

Our tools are generally offered as one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions for the core utility set. A single license typically entitles you to use the app on up to two macOS devices that you personally own and operate.

3. Updates & Maintenance

We provide free maintenance updates and bug fixes for the current major version of the software. Major feature revisions (e.g., version 1.0 to 2.0) may be offered as a separate upgrade purchase, though we always aim to reward existing customers with discounted paths.

4. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. If you purchased Glance directly from us via Paddle, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window. Our other applications (TidyShot, Loopset, Promptheus, Clipset) are distributed via the Mac App Store, where refunds are subject to Apple's internal refund policies and processes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided "as-is". While we build for professional-grade reliability and test extensively on the latest macOS versions, we cannot be held liable for any data loss, system interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our tools.

ProductivityMacApps is an independent software studio. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc., Microsoft Corp., Zoom Video Communications, or any other large technology corporation mentioned on this site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where our development team is based.
