Our Philosophy

At productivitymacapps.com, we build for performance and focus. We believe your data is your property, and privacy shouldn't be a feature—it should be the default infrastructure. All our tools are designed with a Local-First architecture.

1. Zero Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. Our applications (TidyShot, Glance, Promptheus, Loopset, Clipset) function entirely on your local machine. We do not have user accounts, we do not require logins, and we do not maintain a database of your usage habits.

2. Local Infrastructure

Because our tools are native macOS applications built for speed, they process information directly in your system's memory and on your local disk. Your files, notes, scripts, and screenshots never leave your device. We do not use cloud sync or remote servers for application data.

3. Transparency & No Analytics

We reject the "Software-as-a-Service" model of tracking users for optimization. Our apps contain zero telemetry and zero third-party analytics. We don't want to know how you work; we just want to help you do it faster.

4. Secure Payments

When you purchase a license for our tools, the transaction is handled securely by the Mac App Store (Apple) (for TidyShot, Loopset, Promptheus, Clipset) or Paddle (for Glance). We never see or store your credit card information. We only receive blinded transaction IDs to manage your license activation.

5. Network Requests

Our apps may make network requests only for the following strictly functional reasons:

  • License Verification: Validating your one-time purchase with the activation server.
  • Update Checks: Determining if a new version is available for download.
  • External Links: When you manually click a support link or documentation URL.

6. Contact

Transparency is our priority. If you have questions about our privacy approach, reach us at hello@productivitymacapps.com.
